This is making me want a reboot series tbh. I still haven't watched Hallow because of how many years it has been after the main series ended when it came out.😅
I know, still it’s totally worth it. I always come back to DGM - it’s a beautiful classic. Hallow has it’s pluses and minuses, my personal opinion is they could keep aesthetics from the first season and upgrade the overall animation a bit. But anyway it still made me happy and I would be so excited if they decided to continue the series. I think by where manga is - it’s enough for one more season right now. It would be phenomenal. So many cliffhangers on there! ❤️ I hope they see that fans are still there, waiting TT
@@crimsonenchantress the thing is, until the manga is completed its highly questionable. Reboot after manga ends - maybe. I would prefer the next season release after Hallow and there would be too much comparison between reboot and the first season from 2006 if reboot takes place. I want the story to continue! I'm too attached to the old aestetics and vibe. New animation looks more typical to nowadays anime, when D.Gray-man was different from them all, it was more realistic and suspense moments were more emotional than now. The way emotions were sometimes not so accurately represented turned me off at first. I enjoy Hallow more after I rewatched it, since I'm reading the manga, and I needed something to rewatch after the latest chapter. Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!

By the way, I skipped fillers, so if you want you can skip them too: 14-18, 25, 27, 29-36, 41-50 If you're rewatching some other series, you can share, I rewatched xxxHolic this year. True, I already just hope to see the series in full, but we have what we have for now. Endlessly waiting fo this masterpiece to unfold all the hidden secrets 😄💓

I know im late to this anime but damn this one hits different. I don't normally ship characters, unless it is super obvious like Eren and Mikasa but Ash and Eji are not just best friends. They definitely have something more, something pure. Eji was the only one to whom Ash opened up about his wounds, his past. I really wish we could have a happy ending. They are soulmates.
